I’m trying to do better at posting this week. No rules, just plopping myself here and blasting out a little something.
On the list today is Postagram - fun, cheap and personal postcards (only $0.99 in the US).
Quick and easy with their iOS or Android apps. Signing up will get you five credits. And when the recipient scans the QR code on their postcard, you get a credit. Five credits equal one free Postagram and they stack up fast. (Tip: If you send one to yourself, scan it! You still get the credit.)
Postcards are black and have your message on the front and the back. Your picture is square and perforated. Pop out the pic and the message is still on the back. And for a little extra pizazz you can add a personal avatar/thumbnail photo above your message.
I’ve mentioned them in a PhotoCruncher article before; okay, maybe twice. I recommend you give them a shot.
Current promo: They’ve teamed up with another company to offer a free postcard (you must use Facebook to connect for the freebie; if you choose to ‘share’ within FB, you’ll get a second free postcard). While supplies last but they team up frequently so follow them for announcements.
I snagged both and so did my husband. I’ll be getting the lovely stoic photo of us above to adorn the fridge (ha!). And I may have dipped into my own credits to send a few treats to some friends.
